Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes. Delivery fee varies by location.
Q: Do you meal prep?
A: Yes. We prepare seven (7) day and fourteen (14) day meal prep. Please contact for further detail.
Q: What is the cancellation window?
A: Forty-Eight (48) hours for 25% of your deposit returned. Please see next question and answer.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes. 50% of all orders must be paid at time of booking. Please be advised 25% of said deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE!
The other 25% becomes NON-REFUNDABLE Forty-Eight (48) hours out from the booked event. (Meaning: if your event is in two (2) days or less and you cancel, you will lose your entire 50% deposit.
Q: How far in advance do you take orders?
A: We require seventy-two (72) Hour notice.
Large orders vary by availability.
Q: I want something rare, medium or well done, do you provide such?
A.: Yes. Please specify how you would like your order cooked.
